1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Affiverse Hub("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), located at affiversehub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Affiverse Hub is a curated directory of AI tools, projects, and resources. The Service allows users to:

  • Browse and search for AI tools organized by category
  • View detailed information about AI projects, including pricing and features
  • Submit AI projects for listing in the directory
  • Create user accounts for enhanced functionality

Affiverse Hub acts as a directory and referral service. We do not own, operate, or control the third-party AI tools and services listed in our directory.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake project listings
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service
  • Use any automated system, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission
  • Transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
  • Use the Service for any commercial solicitation or spam purposes

5. Project Submissions

If you submit an AI project for listing on Affiverse Hub, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to submit the project and all information provided is accurate
  • The project does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
  • The project does not contain or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the project information (name, description, logo, screenshots) on our Service

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any submitted project at our sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by Affiverse Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Service according to these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

Affiverse Hub contains links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided for your convenience and reference only.

  • We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services
  • We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party
  • Your interactions with third-party services listed in our directory are solely between you and such third party

You acknowledge and agree that Affiverse Hub shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • The quality of any AI tools, products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
  • Any information about listed AI projects (including pricing, features, and availability) is accurate, complete, or up to date

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AFFIVERSE HUB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Affiverse Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Any content you submit to the Service

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Affiverse Hub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Affiverse Hub regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.
